Delivery
Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered to your door anywhere in South Africa. Standard shipping starts from R100 via The Courier Guy, depending on your location. You'll see the total cost of your order, including shipping, after entering your address and before you make payment.
As soon as payment is received, your order is processed. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but processing can take up to 3–7 working days depending on order volumes — this is our standard turnaround time. Please include this turnaround time when estimating when your delivery should arrive.
Tracking
We send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. It contains a tracking link you can use to follow your parcel. You can also track an order here.
Refunds
We only refund items that are defective or damaged. Our refund policy lasts 14 days from your purchase date; after 14 days we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
To complete a refund we require a photo of the damaged item and a receipt or proof of purchase. All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch to make sure they are in good condition, so refunds may not apply where the fault is not from our side.
